2. a backseat driver - a meddler who insists on giving unwanted advice. (meddler - an officious annoying person who interferes with the others.
3. a Sunday driver - (informal) - a person who drives slowly, timorously, or unskillfully, as if used to driving only on Sundays when the roads are relatively quiet.
